Job Description:
Mainly in charge of on-site supervision work in the construction work of commercial facilities (especially amusement facilities).

After joining the company, we may provide training on how to use the equipment and CAD software.

Job requirements:
・ 2-3 years of work experience in building construction management
・Experience in construction management of roadside stores (knowledge about steel frame and RC construction work) regardless of large or small size such as supermarkets, drug stores, factories and warehouses
・ JLPT level N2

Welcome conditions:
・First-class and second-class construction management engineers
・First-class architect
・Can write construction drawing
・Can manage construction drawings, negotiations with contractors, work schedules, and site management
・Can communicate smoothly on site

Expected annual income: 3.22 million yen to 4.9 million yen

Company benifits:
Basic salary: 172,500 yen to 262,500 yen
Fixed overtime fee: 57,500 yen to 87,500 yen
Fixed overtime hours: 33 hours
Additional payment of wages for overtime work exceeding fixed overtime
Break time: 60 minutes
Pay raise: Once a year
Bonus: Twice
