We will leave the operation management dedicated to overseas projects of customer support mainly for game applications.
■ Business details:
・Negotiations and meetings with Japanese corporate customers
・Business coordination with Philippine members and internal departments
・Collaboration with overseas partner companies (US, Armenia, etc.)
・Business flow creation/operation project management
・Identification of tasks, suggestions for improvement, etc.
・Office work such as in-house work data and report creation
・Project management, etc.
・ Social experience 2 years or more
・ Over 1 year of experience dealing with corporate customers
・ Japanese language business level (Japanese test N1) or higher
・ English skill native or business level
・ PC skill (typing, browser operation)
・ Create minutes using pc input, chat on skype, slack, etc., and use video conferences on a daily basis.
・ Use Excel skills (data creation, functions, etc.), Word (text creation, table creation, paragraph manipulation, etc.) in daily life.

・ Management experience, experience of organizing teams, etc.
・ Customer support experience is welcome (support experience in English is a plus)

Expected annual income when joining the company: 3 million yen to 4.5 million yen
Basic salary: 187,000 yen to 280,000 yen.
Fixed overtime fee: JPY 63,000-95,000.
Fixed overtime hours: 45 hours.
There is overtime work Average of about 20 hours per month.
Additional payment of wages for overtime work.
Break time 60 minutes.
