Of the buildings managed by the Company, which are engaged in various businesses such as designated facility management business and tourism business centering on the building maintenance business, mainly public housing, repair and inspection of office buildings, condominiums, rental housing, etc. Responsible for business, creation of quotes/reports, etc.
■ Business features:
About seven times a month, there is a “phone on-duty system” in which you can take your phone home and prepare for an emergency response at night. When an urgent requirement such as a water leak or the sound of a fire siren keeps sounding at our managed property, first of all we will do the first response at the 24-hour help desk. In the case of a problem that the help desk cannot handle, please contact us by telephone or visit the site and respond. In addition, the number of correspondence at the time of duty is about 0 to 3 for both telephone calls and visits (in case of typhoon or heavy snow, everyone will be on standby).
*In case of on-duty, regardless of whether it is supported or not, a allowance of 3,500 yen/time will be provided.
* On-time allowance will be provided for on-duty dispatch, and late-night allowance will be provided if it is midnight. (There is almost no overtime work except on duty

Expected annual salary when entering the company: 3.5 million to 4.3 million yen
